RETURNS
We are certain you will be thrilled with your Rebound purchase. However, we understand that when shopping online you may occasionally want to return goods. Therefore If for any reason you don’t like the goods you receive, we will be pleased either to exchange the item or offer you a full refund, provided that the product is unused, in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
How to Return Goods
• Complete the returns form enclosed with your order, giving details of the product you’re sending back and indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
• Pack the item/s back in the parcel, include the returns form and send it to: Rebound Sports, Heritage House, 18-19 Castle Street, Shrewsbury SY1 2AZ, UK
• We strongly recommend that you either send your parcel recorded delivery or obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost in transit. Please note we will only refund return postage on damaged or faulty goods.
• Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the person who bought the gift.
• We process returns as soon as they arrive. Any exchanges should be despatched within 2 working days but please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
• The above process must be followed to ensure you receive a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
